The show is over. Now follow up on every lead.
A spreadsheet kit for booth teams. Clean your lead export and import it the same day, grade each lead, follow up on day 1, 7 and 30, and work out what the stand really cost.
Where leads get lost
Most organisers now give exhibitors a free app to scan badges. The scanning works. The trouble starts on the flight home.
- Scans sit in one export, business cards in a phone, and notes in three people's heads.
- Nobody agreed who sends the first email, so the good leads wait a week.
- Leads for other countries go to a distributor by WhatsApp and are never heard of again.
- Months later, someone asks if the show was worth it, and nobody can answer.
Only 6% of exhibiting companies say they are very confident measuring their show ROI, in research by UFI and Explori. A 2015 Exhibitor Magazine survey found only 35% of exhibitors track how many show leads become sales.

What's in the $79 kit
- Lead import tab. Paste the export from your show app. It comes set up for GITEX Plus files. For Big 5, RX shows and other apps, you match your columns once.
- Grading card. A one-page A, B, C guide your booth team agrees on before the show, plus the three questions to ask at the stand.
- Follow-up plan. Who emails which leads on day 1, day 7 and day 30, with short email templates in English. Cells work right to left if you write Arabic versions.
- Distributor handoff sheet. Send leads for other markets to the right partner, with a date to check back.
- Show ROI tab. Stand, build, travel and staff costs against leads, qualified leads, meetings and deals, so you can compare one show with the next.
- Pre-show checklist. The tasks to settle in the four weeks before the show, so the follow-up is ready before the stand is built.
Works in Google Sheets and Excel. Your lead data stays in your own file.
Who it is for
Marketing and sales teams at companies that exhibit at one to ten trade shows a year, and the agencies and pavilion organisers who help them.
Who it is not for
Teams that already run show follow-up through a CRM with sequences and reports. You likely have what you need.
What it will not do
It doesn't scan badges. Use the organiser's app for that. It can't make a lead buy. It gives your team one place to see who needs a reply, who owns it and what the show cost.
Price and launch
$79, one-time. People on the waitlist can buy it for $59 at launch.
Target launch: 20 November 2026, before Big 5 Global (23 to 26 November) and GITEX Global (8 to 11 December) in Dubai. If the date moves, the waitlist hears first.

Questions
Is this made by a show organiser?
No. PostShow Kit is independent. It is not affiliated with GITEX, Big 5 Global, RX, ExpoPlatform or any organiser named on this page.
Does it work with my show's app?
If the app exports a CSV or Excel file, yes. Most organiser apps do. GITEX Plus files are set up already, and you match columns once for others.
Where does my lead data go?
Nowhere. The kit is a spreadsheet you keep in your own Google Drive or on your own computer. We never see your leads.
Can I get a refund?
It is a digital download. If a file is broken or not as described, email us and we will fix it or refund you.
